Dallas Elite Track Club, Inc. is a volunteer- run Youth Sports Organization, with over 90 members, serving the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our mission is to develop students using the principles of hard work, team collaboration and discipline. We provide access to sports and physical fitness as well as ensure that our youth are successful in the classroom and in life.

At Dallas Elite Track Club, Inc., our coaches and educators provide not only balanced coaching but also private tutoring sessions, college preparatory exams assistance, incentive-based reading participation, student counseling, and paid fees & uniforms. These benefits are paid in part due to generous sponsors within our community. In previous years, we have been able to sponsor 30 out 60 students in track and field events as well as cover the full cost of uniforms and fees. Our program also successfully helped 70 students achieve their dream of going to college.

Each year, our goal is to increase our resources to be able to provide uniforms to all of our underprivileged students, covering transportation costs to track & field events, and purchasing quality training equipment. Dallas Elite Track Club, Inc., believes that every child deserves a chance to develop his/her passion and education and we believe to be that resource. Enriching a child’s life through sports and fitness as well as education would not be fully possible without donors like you.

Dallas Elite Track Club, Inc., would be happy for your consideration in your philanthropic endeavors. While contributions of any dollar amount would be accepted; we are looking to provide transportation, lodging and meals for our athletes and coaches as they will be traveling to Eugene, OR, for the Junior Olympics, July 24th -July 30th. We are requesting donations totaling $15,000, to offset the costs that will be incurred by the athlete’s families. Your donation, in any amount towards that goal, would be appreciated.

As a 501c3 non-profit organization status, your contribution is tax deductible and 100% would go toward the youth athletes we serve.
Sponsors who donate $2,500 or greater will be posted on our website and sponsors’ logos will be posted on Dallas Elite Track Club, Inc. field event tents and social media site.
